Shipping policy
At SparkMonkey we aim for fast, careful and reliable delivery of your order.
Processing
All orders are processed within 0–1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders placed on a working day before 5:00 PM are in most cases delivered the next working day. We ship with PostNL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
International delivery
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the following shipping costs and indicative delivery times apply:

Delays
Although we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, delays may occur in exceptional cases due to external circumstances, such as carrier peak periods, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond SparkMonkey's control.
Shipping and return costs
The applicable shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and, where applicable, the cost of standard delivery in accordance with the statutory rules.
The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
