Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason up to 14 days after the day of receipt. After cancelling, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original order. Only the costs of returning the product from your address to SparkMonkey are at your own expense. Please check the rates of your chosen carrier for the exact return costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to SparkMonkey with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical shop. If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may charge for any resulting loss in value. Please therefore handle the product with care and pack it well when returning it.

After your notice of withdrawal, we will refund the amount due within 14 days at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
